Paint Pens to the Rescue - pre-holiday fix up

Looking around after the Thanksgiving crowd left, I thought to myself that hall bath was looking a bit tired.  Then through the magic of interest,  I came across this terrific powder room makeover by Decor and the Dog.  She used the Nova Trellis by Royal Design Studio.  Love to find something close it to  and think what I finally settle on will be the  perfect candidate for Sharpie Point Paint Markers . I'm thinking silver against the existing gray walls

or a pearly white…
