Periodically I check one my favorite fabric sources, Discount Fabrics USA, to see what new exotic remnants they have. I am loving this 5.75 yards of mosaic cut velvet currently marked down from $840 to $220. I really love it but I don't need it...(although, should that matter?) This company is based in Thurmont, MD and has a constantly changing selection of inexpensive to designer fabrics.
