text-align: center;"><br /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Last week I attended a packed opening party for the new location of the Washington <a href="http://us.farrow-ball.com/">Farrow & Ball</a> showroom.  With the recent move of the DC Design Center to new digs, Farrow & Ball took the opportunity to create a more retail-focused location in the bustling Friendship Heights neighborhood.  Now they're  at 5221 Wisconsin Ave, right next door to the The Kellogg Collection.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; margin: 0px !important;" width="1" />.  The color choices reflect Carter's impeccable eye for restrained, nuanced color and the complete palette is harmonious and cohesive.<br /><br />However, when I headed to my local Benjamin Moore store I couldn't locate the paints by their Darryl Carter names which all end with a DC code.  Luckily they had one pamphlet in the back and let me borrow the store copy to "translate" the DC (Darryl Carter) codes to  BM codes for future, easy reference.  As you can see above, Darryl Carter's Georgetown Blue DC-31 is Woodlawn Blue HC 147 in Benjamin Moore's parallel universe.<br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; I was secretly hoping it would be the Lime Basil & Mandarin scented candle paired with Farrow & Ball's Breakfast Room Green and it was! The Lime Basil & Mandarin is known as Jo Malone's signature scent and I love the fresh fragrance.
